Mono-Polar Fence or Bi-Polar fence?

Bipolar tape
If you have a non conductive ground (ice, sand, rock, snow) choose the Bi-Polar tape fencing

Traditional tape
If you have a normal, conductive ground (moist)
choose the mono Polar tape fencing
